how to add google username to form's log ?

how can do with JotForm a next functionality:

- user log's on website using gmail's username

- user fills a JotForm's form

- in form logs there is gmail's username

There is no way to capture any type of usernames through jotforms, automatically or otherwise.  Setting up a field that asks for any usernames will likely result in your account being suspended by our system.
