I created a form as a guest then registered. The form automatically transfered over and was working.
Today i made a new form and when tested gave a response of "form disabled". I then checked my first form and it was gone from my page all together. I had just entered the basic scricpt in Draemwaever so I went back and followed the full Dreamweaver instructions.
Now the first form is back but is also disabled.

I think I may have figured out why this happened.
The second form I made asked for a username and password. I did this because the page it was on will eventually have client images on it. Since the site is brand new, and I don't have those images up yet, I thought I would place a form there asking for a username and password that always directs the person to an "incorrect username/password" message. The logic was that visitors would think the galleries were password protected and not see the lack of images as unusual.
After reading further on the forums, I saw where other forms have been disabled due to suspected phishing. I never thought of the fact that this may be detected a password stealing ploy. I assure you it was not.
I am curious as to why it disabled my other form as well. There was nothing there that could be seen as suspect?
