How long is my account for?

I need to know how long my account is for because I need to access a form I created in August of 2016. Please let me know! Also, if I cancel it and renew, does this mean my form will be lost?

    Thanks!

If I understand you correctly, Maureen, you have created your form now, but you will only need to use it again in August, 2016.

With JotForm, it is safe to cancel and renew your subscriptions as many times you like. We will not remove any of your forms, submissions, or uploaded files when you downgrade - everything will still be accessible to you.

Here is a relevant quote from our FAQ:

    2. JotForm does not lock you in like similar services. You can upgrade to Bronze plan for a month or two when you need to receive a lot of submissions, then downgrade back when you don't need it any more. When you downgrade you do not lose your forms or existing data on your account.

Please note that, since your account has already received 239.62 MB of uploaded files in its storage space, if you downgrade to free your account would be in over limit status. This is because free plan allows for only up to 100 MB of storage space.

Don't worry, all your data will still be there and accessible to you as always. Only further form submissions would be disabled while on a free plan, since the account would be over its 100 MB limits.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further clarifications, and we will be happy to help.
