how do i edit a form i have uploaded?

Please try this steps:

1. Login to your jotform account  agloekler  at http://www.jotform.com/login

2. Go to your My Forms page http://www.jotform.com/myforms/

3. In the My Forms page, select the form you want to Edit.

4. Once selected, you can use the Edit button.

5. The form will now open in the Form Builder for editing.
