Although we still have a few leftover JotForms on some of our webpages, we do not use this tool anymore. I was trying to downgrade to the free version as our low traffic would allow it. When I tried to do-so, I got an error. Please advise.

I am currently seeing that your account was successfully downgraded and you have now been placed on our Free plan.
