Can we add multiple pages to a form so that half the registration questions appear on page 1 and the other half on page 2 with a "continue" button

    3.) Can we add multiple pages to a form so that half the registration questions appear on page 1 and the other half on page 2 with a "continue" button at the bottom of page 1 and a "back" / "submit"  button on page 2?

    Yes, you just need to add a page break field from Survey Tool tab, see animated image bellow:
