Expiration Date keeps giving me an error

I have used the expiration date under forms limits numerous times for my forms and am suddenly having problems with error messages that tell me my date format is invalid.  I have tried several different combinations and can't figure out why I keep getting this message.  I'm including a form below that I've used several times throughout the past year and have always been able to change the expiration date when a new session starts.  I would like for this form to expire at midnight on 9-29-15.  I've enabled the form, disabled the form and used these date options:  2015-09-28, 2015-9-28, 2015-09-24 24:00, 2015-9-28 24:00, along with other times, etc.  The yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm format is the same date format I used previously and it worked fine.

The reason you're getting that error is because the "day or time" is incorrect. You want it to be midnight which is why it is 24:00. But 24:00 is already considered as the other day.

You can use 2015-09-29 23:59 or 2015-09-30 00:00 if the expiration date you want is on the 30th.
