How can I replicate the "Birth Date" field?

I created a form using the Class Registration template and when I started to use the Conditional feature, I found that while everything responded to the specified conditions, but the Birth Day field did not.  I had 3 instances of this field in my form and in applying the Conditional logic, 2 Birth Day fields appeared as a blank when it should not have appeared at all. 

I therefore, got rid of them and replaced them with the Date field and named it "Birth Day" and now the Conditional logic worked as expected.

However, using the Date field is more cumbersome for entering a Birth Date as it either requires you to type it in or tediously scroll back.

Ideally, I would be able to recreate the Birth Date field with it being responsive to the Conditional logic.

Is there a way that I can do this?

I believe that you are referring to your JotForm titled "SJBFS Registration & Consent Form". I've cloned your JotForm to my account to see the conditions set. But I'm not able to see any conditions set on the date field. If you could let us know the conditions that you want to set on birthdate field, we'll see what best we can do for you.

Please read my question again.  The existing form has a regular Date Field now and it hard to use for Birth Date because you would have either manually enter the numbers or scroll back years, months etc.   So I am wondering how I can insert a Birth Date field with drop down options for month, day, and year.

When I used the Birth Date field from the Class Registration Form, the Birth Date field did not comply with the Conditional logic and that's I why I changed it to Date Field and now I see that it is difficult to use.

I understand that you want to replace the existing date field to birth date field since it is difficult to scroll back for years. You can insert the Birth Date field from the widgets. Please see the image below :
