Email: Showing "This message may not been sent by" warning when sender email is set to a gmail account

    Hi JotForm Support,

    My recipients are also receiving this message as of today.  May I request for your advice please on what to do to eliminate this?  Thanks.

    Can you provide to us the link or name of the form in question so we can further check? If you are using a custom Sender E-mail in your Notification or Autoreponder, can you try to use as your Sender E-mail and check if you will still encounter this issue?

    Thanks for your quick revert, Christian.  Here's the link of the form:

    We don't encounter any issue when we use  However, I would have wanted to be able to send using our gmail account.

    This is usually happens when you setup a custom sender email.

    To avoid the message, you can try setting up an SMTP mail server to send those notifications under your email address. Here are the guides that you can follow:

    Personally, I would recommend using "Option 1" then you can follow this steps on how to get your SMTP settings in your Gmail address:
