Add "Minimum Selections" in Image Checkboxes and Image Picker widgets

    If we add this, the widget would be more awesome! :) We only have Maximum selection settings in these two widgets:

    Nice idea, Welvin.

    I agree, it would be useful to have both Minimum and Maximum selections in these widgets, just as we have for regular Check Box fields.
