Difficulty downgrading the account

    When I click to downgrade the account back to the free account, I get a window that says it was successful. But when I log back in again to view my current subscription, it continues to say that I am on the $19 plan. 

    I've tried this several time to no avail. Please help.

    As per your request, your subscription(INT150515-9396-97213S) has been canceled, your account will downgraded back to free status on 09-16-2015.
