Hi,
Yes, it's possible with some effort. First, you need to add your form "Unique ID" widget by using THIS tutorial.
Then, you need to go to your current autoresponder mail settings.
On this page, you need to find "Unique ID" widget's name in "Form Fields". Normally, it is called {id}. By clicking it on the "Form Fields", you can add it to your email template.
Now, we need to combine this "{id}" with this online barcode script. With that way we can turn serial code to barcode style.
To do that, you need to add this code in "insert/edit image" with your "{id}". Blue marked area is your submission id number.

Finally, the incoming mail looks like this:

if451Replied on September 4, 2015 at 2:45 PMHi, thanks but i would like to have different serial number for each customer... this is a IMEI number i repair phone.. each phone have IMEI number... i already put the IMEI on the email... but i need to generate code for each email?
