Multiple submissions with different information in it

Asked by kmckenzie on September 04, 2015 at 11:55 AM

I run a camp and have a lot of people who make multiple submissions of the same form where most of the input they give me is the same, just a few fields are different. (they may have 3 children they want to send to the same camp, so the children's name, dob, and blood type is different, but the parents and emergency contact's info is the same. For legal purposes, I need them to submit a separate form with all the info, but is there an easy way they could select that their info be automatically copied to the second or third submissions so they can save time? Thanks.

You could add a Prepopulation link to a Notifier email that fills out all the repetitive information.

You can Enable Auto Fill feature inside of your form. That way when your users open your form for second time all previously entered data will be there and then they can just change data for second child.

Auto fill method is based on browser local storage. It is saving the form data on users browser, so user can open the form later and he/she will see the past data. Note - user will need to use same browser to access data.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
