Unable to view the uploaded image

i no longer be able to upload an image.

I used different type of format PNG, JPG  etC.. diffent size, but nothing works

I notice that there is & symbol in your file name which may be resulting in this issue.

Could you try changing the file name and then uploading it to see if that works?
