    Hit or Miss Confirmation Email

    When running test submissions, some submissions are receiving confirmation emails that I have personally set up while others are not receiving any confirmation email. This has been happening consistently and any advice on the issue would be greatly appreciated.

    I have checked your email address in our email log and all submissions were sent successfully.

    You can also check the email logs for yourself on this link:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History 

    Also your Email addresses is not in bounce list.

    Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

    To avoid it happening in future I would suggest checking this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-whitelisting-jotmails-ip-addresses

    Also I noticed that in your form http://www.jotform.us/form/52095160739155 you did not set Sender E-mail inside of your Email Notification. 

    You should set it to noreply@jotform.com.
