    How can completed forms be saved?

    I plan to use a form for company employees to submit their Time to me (only 3 people).

    Is there a way that an employee can save the completed forms (before submitting) on their computer so they can refer to them in future?  This would be preferable than printing them out and dealing with a hard copy that could be lost (employees in the field, etc.)

    Secondly, is there a way that you can add an extra email address that the completed form would go to when the person clicked on the 'submit' button?

    You can offer your users to download a copy of the completed form by adding a link to the PDF file version of it in the form's Thank You message.
