Is it possible to add a numeric value to a field once another field becomes hidden?

I have a very specific problem regarding using the calculation wizard.

The problem consists of trying to calculate a total price of the customers decisions in the form. I have one particular drop down, leading to a radio button plugin, that seems to be causing problems. Saying 'No' to the drop down will expose the hidden radio buttons and when you choose an option within, it adds to the total price at the bottom. If you were to change your mind and say 'Yes' to the drop down after having said no, the total at the bottom remains the same because of the now hidden radio buttons, that still add the value to the total price, regardless of them being hidden. My question now is, how do i fix this? So that when customers change their mind and change option, that the radio button value would disappear from the overall calculation.

One way could, for example be, that when you hide a field, it updates the numeric value of another field. That way I could add some conditions to the third field and calculate from that. So, is it possible to add a value to a field upon hiding another?

Bear in mind, that the form is in danish, so if you need clarification, please let me know.

    Best regards,

    Frederik

In this case you have to enable that option at: Preferences>>Advanced Settings>>Clear Hidden Field Values>>Clear on Being Hidden

Wonderful! That completely solved my problem. Thank you! You've saved me dozens of hours pulling my hair trying to figure it out.

On another note, is there an option to give an answer two different numeric values? Say that i want a price for installation added to one calculation, and a monthly price added to a second calculation? They would be tied to the same answer, but the output would be two different calculations.
