Where you have to put in your name and date, those fields show up.  But where I use the Text box for Terms and Conditions, the email the client recieves and the page I can print out where the submissions are. there is not field visible with these Terms and Conditions

Please take note that the email builder is actually a free-hand editor. It means that you can customize it, change the font, add a text or image. Just click the "Emails" button and then select the notification, then you will see this "Compose Email" pop up.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

In order to access the editing part of your email notification, when editing your form in the Form Builder, please click on the Emails button (1), and then on the Edit button (2) if your desired email notification:

This will open up the editor of that email notification, as depicted in the images of my colleague above. Alternatively, if one of your form fields that was added to the form is not showing up in your email notifications, you may want to set up a new notification instead (3). By creating a new notification, it should automatically populate with all fields from the form.

You can read more in our guide on Setting Up Email Notifications.
