    Unable to receive email notifications

    I have checked all of the form settings for receipt of form submissions yet we still are not receiving submissions. The email address for these is reservations@corningrvpark.com. Nothing on our end has changed. Thx

    The email is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a guide on how to check your form email history.

    Please check your spam or junk folders. If it's not there, then please consider that you are using the same email for the sender and receiver of the notifications.

    Can you please try another email address or use noreply@jotform.com as the sender email?
