Sub-user account received a message that the account needs to be upgraded

I have a Premium Acct but one of the users just got an alert to upgrade? IT said her account was the free account? I thought she would be part of my billing since I set her up as a user?

The account where the form is created should be the paid account. If it is a paid account, you can share the form with other users so that they can view or edit it depending on the permission. It also means that each submission will be deducted on the paid account where the form is associated.

Can you please provide the username or the email of the sub-user account that received the message?

The paid account is ingrid@gp2c,org.
I invited paola@gp2c.org as a subuser but she got the alert.
I went into her account last night and paid for her too so we would mot
lose access to her work but now I am paying for both accounts..
