Why are email alerts sending the wrong form?

    I have set up two email alerts for a dog adoption form. One alert comes to me and is intact with the potential adoptee information included. The 2nd alert goes to the rescue organization .
    The email alert going to the organization appears as the WRONG form. Apparently, they are receiving the foster form instead of the adoption form.

    I have created only two forms: adoption and foster. Both forms are submitted to the rescue organization and to me.  HELP!  Dogs are losing homes because of this confusion.

    I checked your forms. Both are setup to send emails to two email addresses: mediaspec.... and fidodogrescue...

    If you do not want them to receive the foster emails, log into your account, open the form on the form builder, click on "Email Alerts" button, open the "Notification 2" email and click on "Delete E-mail" button. Then save your form.
