Hi - I'm trying to login to my account. The site accepts my email and password, but then takes me to a screen that does not list any of my forms. I've tried this on multiple computers, my iPhone, and different browsers (firebox and iE). Please help! I need to construct a new form, but have not been able to for several days and I'm going to have to do another solution soon!

So far I could not reproduce the issue yet when I checked your My Forms page.
I assume your username is eacFusion (correct us if this is a wrong account/username).
Try this steps also.
1. Close your browser
3. Go to your My Forms page.
Check if you now can see your forms.
Let us know if issue persist.
