I have just upgraded to the Bronze package as a start - however the instructions to link a form into my Dropbox Pro does not work. Maybe it has found an old free Dropbox but definitely not the one I need it to go to. This is all I get with no folder or anything changing in my dropbox.
Can you help please.

If I understand you correctly, you wish to have your submissions and uploaded files automatically forwarded to your Dropbox Pro account.
You can do this by following the steps in our guide: Upload to Dropbox with JotForm.
Your screenshot shows that you may have mistakenly be trying to embed your form somewhere, rather than setting up an Integration with your Dropbox account.
