Can I redownload the key for an ecrypted form so I can access it on another computer?

My computer had to go in for repairs and I can't access my submissions without the key.  Can I redownload it to access it from another computer?

We do not store your private key anywhere on our servers, so we unfortunately can't provide you with another downloadable copy.

When creating your encryption keys, you were provided with a download of your private key. Please look for this key in your Downloads folder, or in another folder where you may have downloaded it on your computer, and copy the private key from there.

If the private key is lost, there is no way for us to re-generate the key or retrieve your submissions without the private key. That is why we recommend having another copy stored for safe keeping, such as on a USB flash drive or similar.
