Why are some entries coming in without required fields filled?

I have a form that requires them to check a box before submitting yet here and there i have some that come in without that field checked.  When i look at my form it shows it's required so its nothing wrong within my setup.  Anything i can do to prevent this from happening?

With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form and did not find any issue with that. The checkbox field "Choose your offer:" is marked as required and you should not receive submissions with the checkbox selected.
