Page break buttons not working after embedding form on Joomla!

I have a page breaker in one of my forms, after assigning conditions, it works if I preview it on your platform but when I view it in my site it is static.

    What could be the issue.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I see you have a couple of forms in your account. Could you share us the web page link to where the form is embedded? It is possible that the form's resources are not loading properly due to a conflict between your website and the form itself.

To avoid this, you can try using the iFrame embed code instead.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you for your response.

I tried using form from survey template and it loaded and functioned appropriately. but if i use any other form category, the 'next' button seems deactivated.

Could you please share us the form name or form link that you are using or checking that has the next button deactivated? That would help us assess the form properly.

You also might want to check the "Conditions" setting of your form, there might be some deleted or incorrect fields that were setup.

    Hi,

The form seems to be working as expected, here's a screencast of it:

May we know what platform or the link to your website is? You mentioned earlier in your form that in your platform or website it doesn't work. Please do also share it for us to check it better. Also, as mentioned in the first post, have you tried using the iFrame embed code instead? That will prevent any code conflict that may be causing the form to not work in your platform.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

But this is still not working in my website: It is a Joomla 3.4.3

     Trying IFrame doesn't help matters

Can you please try removing the Terms And conditions widget from your form and see if that resolves the issue for you?

Also, before doing that, can you recreate the issue by going to the form directly? http://form.myjotform.com/form/52399116313555

Do let us know how it goes and if it works after removing the widget.

I have removed the terms and condition widget but no improvement. The issue is still there.

If I preview it on the browser, it runs normal.

I will be changing the form with another that I found working so far. But I would like the bug sorted out.

*What I have just observed is that the button works with selected widget and not with others. For instance, I added 'country picker' widget in the form that the button worked with before and it stopped working.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I made the test submission within your website , but I was not able to reproduce the problem.

See the animated screenshot below when I test

I got the opportunity to test it on Chrome and Firefox browser.

Can you please try also on Chrome browser? Please let us know if issue still persist.

    Thank you for your response.

Like i said in my last post,

" I will be changing the form with another that I found working so far. But I would like the bug sorted out."

I did change the form to a workable one and still advice that the bug be rectified. Should we buy the install version, we may not be happy spending development time debugging. I say this in a positive note.

I think I am impress by the level of your creativity.

    Thank you

    @UBANY

Thanks and glad that form is working on your page now.

I am not sure why the other form is not working on your page since it is working normally on the stand alone version, so the problem isn't with the form itself. I suspect there's some script on that form that is conflicting with your site scripts that's why the form functions abnormally. It's most likely between jQuery and prototype script so my suggestion would be to apply preventive approach by embedding the form using iframe. If you have tried this and still not working, try clearing your browsers cache. I'm sure the iframe would help since the frame container shields the form from any conflicts.

    Sure. I will.

Please, will it be possible for us to import or transfer our data here to our server when we buy installation version?
