Our Google Spreadsheet keep jamming

We are experiencing our Google Spreadsheets off a number of critical forms keeps jamming.  I did wonder if it was due to minor changes to the form but have noticed that it is still happening on forms even when we don't change them at all.

For example this form - http://www.dbis.edu.hk/402/admissions/contact-admissions - is happily generating emails but the Google Doc hasn't had anything for about a week.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Are you making some changes in the spreadsheet itself? We do not advise that you edit the spreadsheet, especially the columns as this might break the integration.

If there are missing submissions in the form, you could try re-integrating the Google Spreadsheet again. Please do make sure to remove the integration first:

When you re-integrate, it will create a new Google spreadsheet and will automatically load all the existing submissions of that form.

Please do try if that works.
