Reactivate an account

    We currently have an account with Jot Form but it is under the email address of a former employee and the email address is no longer active ( A form was created on this account which is used on a monthly basis. I cannot get access to the account as I do not have the password and cannot receive a password reminder due to the email account no longer being active. Can this account be transferred to me or can the form template be exported to a new account.

    We can transfer the form to a different account of your choice.

    Kindly provide us with the following details.

    1. Title/ID of the form.

    2. destination account name.
