    Hi,

I see that you are also using Mac OS X 10.9. If you want to rotate your image, you can do it easily on MAC OS X then, you can upload your image.

Here is how to do this:

    1) Click on your image.

    2) Click on rotate then, you can upload an image.

    @danceintegratedaustralia

If you are referring to the images uploaded on your form, unfortunately it can't be rotated at Jotform. We do not have such feature. You have to download the image and rotate it accordingly using the image tool shown by my colleague.

If you have further questions, let us know.

    Hi there,

I rotated the image and uploaded it only to discover the image was still in landscape format. The original image was in portrait, but also uploaded the same way.How do I rotate an image? Image 1 Screenshot 20

Is there something else I can do to rectify this?

    Hello,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you rotated the image and then uploaded it in one of your form's submissions?

I did check all your form and none of them have any submission data. The above image which you have shared is not added in any of your form as well.

I would suggest you to please explain the issue a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I originally uploaded the image above in portrait but it formatted in the form in landscape as in Beril's message. I then rotated the image to landscape and it uploaded it the same way - no change.

I deleted the image from the form because of the issue.

How can I rectify this issue?

The form is already live, you can clone your existing form and then add the image in the cloned form.
