i have embeded my form in wordpress and the height hides when trying to expand

Asked by Gabriel  on September 07, 2015 at 10:24 AM

please support team, I have sent this message to word press support but no reply. I need your help please... I embedded my forms in wordpress and I have been able to set the proper width and height  but when an item that expands or a condition that needs to expand the form is been selected the form hides below the parameter of the height, instead of expanding the parameter and display all the form items in the same wordpress page. example webpage : eyesondubai.com/hotel-reservation,
    http://eyesondubai.com/air-ticket-bookings/ and http://eyesondubai.com/visa-application-form/.

please I need your help on this.

Upon checking your website, I see that you seem to have embedded it using iFrame. Is that correct? When using the iFrame embed code, unfortunately, the height is fixed and the form will not expand when certain fields show up, instead it will show the scroll bar.

However, please do try the methods shown in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/324-A-Guide-To-Forms-For-WordPress-JotForm-Users. See if any of the mentioned methods should give you better results.

Let us know if that works.
