Have no submissions but form appears out of space...

    I can not receive submissions altough I have no submissions...help please

    Hi,

    You have reached maximum file upload limit by uploading a file sized 774.75 MB while total upload limit of free account is 100 MB. I am going to reset your quota, but please remind that this is one-time-only operation.

    Hi Meunal....thanks for your help.  My account still show a usage of 775MB of 100MB...the problem is that I had only 1 upload in more than a month for +-10MB.....and also my account was blocked....also about that upload of 775mb about a month ago...we deleted it immediately but the jotform system does not seem to have noticed our deletion...also if you check my tickets under Ralvesson you will see that I have raised this issue several times....Jotform is supposedly the best form provider in the market..why can't this BUG be fixed ?.....please help we need our forms working ...Thanks again

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I see the problem in your end, the submissions seems to have been deleted on the form, however, the uploads seems to remain in the form and in our servers.

     

    You'll noticed in the screenshot that you have is 0 submissions but that form has 1837 file uploads.

    I also see that you have indeed have opened tickets about this, here are their links:

    Those tickets have already been escalated to our developers, to avoid confusion and so that we can track the progress of the concern, please refer to either of the links above.
