Hi Meunal....thanks for your help. My account still show a usage of 775MB of 100MB...the problem is that I had only 1 upload in more than a month for +-10MB.....and also my account was blocked....also about that upload of 775mb about a month ago...we deleted it immediately but the jotform system does not seem to have noticed our deletion...also if you check my tickets under Ralvesson you will see that I have raised this issue several times....Jotform is supposedly the best form provider in the market..why can't this BUG be fixed ?.....please help we need our forms working ...Thanks again
Apologies for the inconvenience. I see the problem in your end, the submissions seems to have been deleted on the form, however, the uploads seems to remain in the form and in our servers.
You'll noticed in the screenshot that you have is 0 submissions but that form has 1837 file uploads.
