    I would like to achieve this please on a radio form ...

    titile 1

        radio button 1

        radio button 2

        radio button  3

    titile 2

        radio button 4

        radio button 5

        radio button  6

    However, the proposed solution here:

    ... is no good as the form is responsive. It all breaks down on changing browser size.

    It is also naff using the title of the field for this.

    Is there a way to just add a html tag that renders it as text and not an option.

    Many thnaks

    Regards mark

    This can be accomplished with custom CSS injection:

        display: none;

    font-size: 20px;
