JotForm/Salesforce CRM Integration

    I've created an encrypted JotForm and have mapped the fields with that of Salesforce.  Why is there no added contact on my Salesforce when a submission is made?

    Please note that encrypted forms are not the same as your usual forms meaning that everything will be affected.

    Basically, the integration - to capture the proper data, must be sent the plain text data to it.

     Since it is an encrypted form, our servers receive encrypted data - not the plain text as it is seen in the browser.

    For that reason, if you wish to use the data in your SalesForce account, you should turn off the encrypted form option.
