deleted my forms by mistake

    hi, i have deleted my form and cleaned trash by mistake,please assist, i need them.

    I am sorry to here this. Unfortunately, if you deleted your form, then purged it from the trash, it cannot be restored.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the answer is yes. There is no way to recover form that have been purged from the trash bin. You would have to recreate the form.

    Also, all the data linked to this form has also been lost. Hopefully you have some backup and when you have re-created the form this can be uploaded.
