After submitting, the thank you page is not showing the right data

    An finally my big issues is when i complete the transaction , the thank
    you page i see are missing the withe box i see when i edit it , and that
    is a big issue as the customer cannot reed some vital information i have
    written

    I agree, as that is the final step of their purchase.

    To be able to properly understand the issue, I would like to ask you what is the form that you are having this issue with so that we can check it out for you and assist you with the resolution of the issue on the same.

    I have checked your form and see that you've enabled encryption on the form.

    When encryption is enabled for a form the data cannot be viewed in plain text other than from the submissions section in all other areas including the thank you page it will appear as encrypted text.

    I suggest disabling the encryption for the form to allow the form fillers to view their data properly in the thank you page.
