Can you use Jot Form to fill out a PDF?Asked by Steve on September 07, 2015 at 10:31 PM
I have a couple of PDF forms I need some clients to fill out. I would like to make it easier for them and create a form but I would like to place their answer in such a way that the answers fill out a PDF. For example, I could have a short form with first and last name, the corresponding answers would go to a predetermined place on the PDF.
If I understand your concern correctly, you want to create a form in JotForm with first and last name field then pre-populate the PDF form you have after submitting the first form. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible in JotForm to prepopulate a PDF form. However, you can create the form with the same fields in your PDF form in JotForm and you can pre-populate that form based on the other forms response/answer.
