Not able to submit form having "Vimeo" widget.

I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I am not able to submit your form as the submit button just says "Please wait.."

It seems the "Vimeo" widget is causing this issue. Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them. For now, I would suggest you to please remove the Vimeo widget from your form and that should solve this issue.
