Not receiving submitted forms

    Form being submitted but are not showing up on our Jotform website.

    This is yet another time we are having the same problem.  Please fix!

    Kim,

    Did you follow the advice given by my colleague in the previous thread that you opened for this same issue?

    Were you using a secure version of your form? If yes, kindly log in to https://secure.jotform.com to see the missing submissions. Inform us right away if this does not solve your problem.

    Yes, we have been using the link you previously provided and this has not
    corrected the issue. Please advise

    Can you confirm if you really did receive notification mails for the submitted forms you were referring to? Do you have this form embedded somewhere, or are you using it as a standalone form?

    And by the way, I just recently checked your form's submissions page and I found two new submissions. Could these be the missing entries you were looking for?
