how do i cancel the white backgroud appears at signature line?

Recentley we have changes the ink color at the signatue place from black.

Since we have done this - all form signatures are received with a white background 

How do we cancel the background option?

Are you referring to the signature image you have received over email? If yes, that's how it actually outputs on email. It outputs as png file with white background.

To remove the white background, you have to download the image and use 3rd party software to edit the changes you want.
