When the person finish the form, I need FW the e-mail with the information to his e-mail.
What Can I do?
And on the panel shows that my account is free, but I already payed!

Firstly, let me assure you that your account is set to Professional. (It's possible that your browser's cache may need to be cleared.)
As to the other matter, since you have already setup an autoresponder, you won't be asking about how to do that. So, my assumption is that you wish to send the notification to the user. To do that, you would need to setup a "Send an e-mail after submission" condition like the following:
Of course, you would substitute your actual email address for "your_email_address.com" (seeing that this is a public thread, I didn't want to divulge your address). It is important to note that there's a space between the comma and the tag for the user's email address because a test I recently ran didn't work without the space. Incidentally, the tag for the user's email address was obtained from the "Compose Email" section of the notification.
