I had a teacher get an internal server error, when she submitted this form. Is there something I need to do to modify the form? All our parents are getting this error too. Any payment form actually in this account seems to be getting that error, is there any reason for this?
This is super urgent as I have numerous live forms not functioning currently!!

I tried submitting your form and it seems to be working properly for me.
Can you please tell us if you are still experiencing this issue and if you are, would you mind taking a screenshot of the issue as well?

The issue has now been resolved. It just started functioning again. I don't have the error message anymore, but it just said internal error.
