Canceling Subscription

    Hi there ! Can you please downgrade my subscription to free service? I just don't use Jotform enough to justify the paid subscription. Thank you :)

    I see that your account is having an active Premium subscription plan and being paid using PayPal. Please be noted that our pricing plans were revised last month and since you are having an active subscription, that plan was grandfathered. That means if you want to continue with this plan, you'll be paying the subscription as per the old plan. If you are cancelling the subscription now and wanted to renew it later, you'll need to subscribe with our current new pricing plans.

    Since you are paying through PayPal and if you want to cancel the subscription, please follow the steps below :

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will hold Premium status until your next billing date and then will be downgraded to Free.
