when i click on the, nothing happens. thoughts?

Hi,
Could you please explain in a bit more detail what your issue is. Are you having problems login into JotForm or viewing your forms. Could you also try clearing the cache. This sometime helps.

can you explain clearing the cache?
i can log in fine. but when I go to my forms and click on an individual form to "interact with it" (view submissions, edit form, etc) nothing comes up, nothing happens. I cannot access any of the data I usually can.

Hi Maggie,
Thank you for your clarification. I just log into your account. I was able to view submission, enter the designer with no problems.
Deleting the cache was just a suggestion that sometimes helps resolve issues.
If you are still having issues, please let us know.
