How do I allow multiple form submissions from the same email address?

I am creating a form for an event for a school - there may be multiple, yet individual, students registering within a household - all with the same email address for the parents.

Where do I find the condition that allows for multiple form submissions from the same email address?

Hi Kathy,

Based on your current form settings, your form is set to accept multiple submissions from the same email address so you don't need to setup a conditional logic in order to do that.
