Number 8 is showing in the total field, but should not be shown there

Also, in the preview form, I am noticing that there is an “8” in two total fields…not sure where this “8” came from?
Please help, I need to send this form our tomorrow.

To my understanding you are trying to figure out why your form is showing an " 8 " in the calculation field.

I found an " 8 " as you mentioned on this 3rd Version of your Form here http://form.jotform.ca/form/52455496731260? so I believe this is where you are seeing it.

The problem is occurring because your calculation is attempting to generate a form calculation based on an answer that isn't there yet and that result ends up being " 8 ".

To fix this issue simply tick the box labeled " Wait for Input before including the field in calculation..." and this will prevent that problem from occurring.
