Will Email Migration Effect My JotForms?

So we have multiple "Sender Emails" setup through JotForm for various forms we use every day. We are getting ready to move those email addresses to a hosted exchange and I was wondering if it will effect those sender emails or JF's ability to use them to send auto responses and submissions? I don't remember setting them up with the actual host details, just used the key that was sent to that inbox from JF. Can someone please give me advice so that I do not destroy a lot of hard work? Thanks!

I'm sure it will not take any effect as long as the email used on the sender emails are active and working. You can continue to update them anyway whenever it somehow fails but I think this should not be a problem. However, I would suggest to monitor the emails sent from your form by reviewing your email history after the migration. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

    Thanks!

If I am going to continue paying for your product, I would like to receive more than just an "I think it will not be a problem". And "Go a head and monitor it after the migration". That is not support, that is me playing a guessing game with my business. I need a definitive answer on this please.

My sincerest apologies if you are a bit confused with my reply. Like I have said on my first line, it will not affect the emails used as the sender email as long as they remains working and active.

I tried going a little deeper by looking into your email setup and found out that you are only using verified emails as the sender email and not SMTP so this is definitely not a problem since verified emails uses Send Mail to send emails which uses Jotform SMTP server and not your SMTP server. So which ever email host you are going to switch to, as long as the emails are valid and working, it will continue to work normally just fine.

    Hope this information helps!
