    URGENT:  why isn't the Captcha form or SUBMIT button showing at the bottom of our form???

    Please try this process:

    #1 Remove first any embedded code of the form http://www.jotform.us/form/40148795784165 in your website. 

    #2. Get again the iframe embed code of your form http://www.jotform.us/form/40148795784165

    user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    #3. Re-embed the form using its new iframe embed code to your website.

    #4. Check if the full form is now being displayed correctly on the website.

    What I notced was on your website, the embedded form lacks the heigh value to be able to display the full form.

    Getting a fresh iframe embed code and re-embedding it to your website should fix the issue.

    Please let us know if issue persist even after doing these process already.
