I checked the Email History of your form and I can see that the Notification where sent successfully. You can also checked your form's Email History on your end. You can check this article for more information: How to view all your form Email History. I noticed that the sender email of your Notification email is email@example.com. Can you try to use firstname.lastname@example.org and test if the Notification will now work?
