Three of my forms are showing this 'true' name and one of them is showing the correct title.
Any idea when this bug will be fixed? It looks incredibly unprofessional.

Some of our users have experienced same problem since yesterday. Our developer team have fixed this issue recently. Please feel free to contact us for any further information.

Here's another bug... for ya. I received this answer in my email box. But I am not MXT. Why am I receiving their email and who's receiving mine!?! Jot seems to have a LOT of bugs.

We would usually need to move your reply to a new thread, but I hope that MXT will not mind me reply here.
Please note Julie that you are receiving all emails that are sent to anyone on the thread that you have posted on.
Since you had opened the thread, and another post was created on the same by MXT you got email about their reply, but also a reply from my colleague Jan mentioning to MXT that their post has been moved to a new thread - this one.
The same happens now - I am replying to you, but the email address associated with MXT account will be sent an email with my reply as well.
Basically everything is OK and the emails are sent properly, it is just a small confusion at play :)
