Hi,
I’ve checked your account/username and I saw that, your account had already exceeded the SSL submission limits so, the account is now in Overlimit status, which causes all the forms under the account to be disabled.
I have reset your SSL Submissions to zero to avoid having your account downgrading and I reactivated your account. You have to note that this can only be done this one time. If you did not intend to use SSL submissions I recommend you disable them.
To disable SSL submissions, just change the https:// prefix in the JotForm URL found in your embed code into http:// (without the "s").
In addition to that, be sure that, you should uncheck the "Secure Form" box in the Form Embed Wizard.
If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.

If your account was over quota, your forms would not accept submissions. Since you are now below your limits, you should be able to accept submissions once again. According to our logs, your forms have received submissions recently.
If this is unrelated to your account being over quota, please create a new thread letting us know which form specifically you are having trouble submitting and we will be happy to have a look.
